유전자 단위 리커런스 측정 방법 및 장치로서, 복수 명의 암 환자로부터 얻은 복수 개의 암 세포에 관한 복수 개의 유전체 정보를 획득하는 단계, 상기 암 세포에 포함된 유전체에 존재하는 임의의 유전자와 상기 유전체 상에서, 상기 임의의 유전자의 발현에 영향을 주는 유전자 발현 조절 위치로 이루어지는 상호작용 자료를 획득하는 단계, 상기 각각의 유전체 정보로부터, 상기 유전자 발현 조절 위치에 돌연변이가 존재하는지 여부를 검출하는 단계, 및 상기 각각의 유전체의 유전자 발현 조절 위치에 돌연변이가 존재한다고 판단된 암 환자의 수를 계산하는 단계를 포함한다.
