나노와이어를 이용한 세포내 유전자 전달장치 및 방법Method and apparatus for transferring genes using nanowires
세포 내 유전자 전달 장치로서, 고정기판; 상기 고전 기판에 구비된 나노와이어; 및 상기 고정 기판에 대향하여 유체채널을 형성하며, 상기 고정 기판 방향을 가압되어 상기 유체채널의 높이가 감소될 수 있는 가변기판을 포함하며, 상기 가변기판이 상기 고정기판 방향으로 가압됨에 따라 상기 유체채널 내를 유동하는 세포 내로 타겟 유전자가 전달되는 것을 특징을 하는 세포 내 유전자 전달 장치가 제공된다.
