| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 쥐 또는 토끼의 면역글로불린 G에 선택적으로 결합하는 신규한 폴리펩티드에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 쥐 또는 토끼의 면역글로불린 G에 결합하는 폴리펩티드, 상기 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 발현벡터, 상기 발현벡터가 도입된 형질전환체 및 상기 형질전환체를 이용하여 상기 폴리펩티드를 생산하는 방법 및 상기 폴리펩티드를 포함하는 면역분석용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신규한 폴리펩티드는 쥐 또는 토끼 각각의 면역글로불린 G에 특이적으로 결합하고 기존의 값비싼 이차 면역글로불린 G를 대체하며 다양한 생물학적 면역분석법에 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명의 폴리펩티드와 면역글로불린 G의 혼성체를 이용하여 다양한 면역 센서/면역 칩 제작 및 약물 스크리닝에 유용하다. | - |
