인간 줄기세포 유래 간세포를 이용한 면역 독성 검증 기술Immunotoxicity verification techniques using human stem cell-derived hepatocytes
본 발명은 인간 줄기세포 유래 간세포를 이용한 면역 간독성 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 인간 줄기세포로부터 분화된 간세포에 아세토아미노펜(Acetaminophen; APAP) 또는 피팔감마 표적약물(PPAR gamma agonist)인 트로글리타존(Troglitazone), 로지글리타존(Rosiglitazone) 및 피오글리타존(Pioglitazone)을 처리하여 간독성을 유발한 후, 상기 간세포가 분비하는 면역반응매개체(사이토카인)로 인해 면역세포에서 분비되는 사이토카인, 케모카인 및 지질매개체를 확인하였으며, 2차 간독성(면역독성)을 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 확립하였다.
