일실시예에서, 레이저 동기화 장치는 RF 오실레이터에서 출력된 RF 신호 및 레이저에서 출력된 광 펄스열 간의 위상 차이를 나타내는 오차 신호를 생성하는 위상 검출기, 상기 오차 신호에 기초하여 상기 레이저의 반복률을 제어하는 압전소자 제어부; 및 상기 오차 신호에 기초하여 상기 광 펄스열의 경로 상의 지연 라인을 제어하는 지연 라인 제어부를 포함한다.
