부성 미분 저항 소자 기반의 광-마이크로파 변환기, 및 이를 포함하는 장치들이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 광-마이크로파 변환기는 부성 미분 저항 소자를 포함하고, 발진하여 마이크로파를 생성하는 발진기와, 상기 발진기에 접속되고, 광 신호에 기초하여 상기 광 신호에 대응하는 전기적 신호를 생성하는 광 검출기를 포함한다.
