이차 조화파 펄스를 사용한 표면 형상 측정 장치가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 형상 측정 장치는 대상체로부터 반사된 측정광과, 기준면으로부터 반사된 반사광을 동일 축에 정렬하여 출력하는 PBS와, 상기 동일 축에 정렬된 측정광 및 반사광에 기초하여 이차 조화파 펄스를 생성하는 비선형 광결정과, 상기 이차 조화파 펄스에 기초하여 상기 대상체의 형상을 획득하는 검출기를 포함한다.
