본 발명은 사이클로실록산 화합물이 형성한 중합체를 포함한 세포 배양 기판과 그 제조 방법 및 세포 배양 기판을 이용하여 세포 스페이로이드 형태의 세포 집합체 또는 유도 만능 줄기세포를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 세포 배양 기판상에서 세포를 배양함으로써 용이하게 세포 스페이로이드 형태의 세포 집합체를 형성시키고 또한 세포 배양 기판은 유도 만능 줄기세포 제조를 위한 세포 배양 플랫폼으로서 활용 가능하다.
