dc.description.abstract본 발명은 격자 결합기 어레이를 이용한 분광기 및 분광 방법에 관한 것으로서, 주기가 각기 다른 여러 개의 격자 결합기를 어레이(array)로 배열시켜 구성하고, 분석 대상의 빛을 격자 결합기 어레이의 격자부분에 입사시켜 각각의 격자의 주기에 해당되는 파장대역(wavelength band)으로 빛을 분기시키고, 각 격자 결합기에 연결된 광도파로 (waveguide) 끝단에 배치된 광검출기(photodetector)에서 검출하여 분광된 스펙트럼(spectrum)을 분석함으로써, 분광기를 소형화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 격자 결합기 어레이를 이용한 분광기 및 분광 방법에 관한 것이다.-
