변환계수를 이용한 영상 블록현상 제거 방법 및 그 장치Method and apparatus for reducing blocking artifact based on transformed coefficient correction
본 발명은, 영상의 변환계수를 이용하여 영상 블록현상의 제거에 관한 것이다. 입력영상 중에서 평탄영역의 블록현상을 검출하고, 검출 결과에 기초하여, 입력영상의 변환블록들마다 블록별 변환계수들 중에서 소정 개수의 저주파 계수들을 이용하여 평탄영역의 블록현상을 제거하고, 입력영상 중에서 에지영역을 검출하여, 입력영상으로부터 평탄영역의 블록현상이 제거된 중간영상에 대하여, 입력영상의 검출된 에지영역에 기초하여 중간영상의 에지영역의 블록현상을 제거하는 영상 블록현상 제거 방법이 개시된다.
