본 발명은 대식세포 표적 나노입자, 이를 함유하는 의료장치 코팅용 조성물 및 항염증용 의료장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 나노입자는 항염증 약물을 대식세포에 선택적으로 전달할 수 있고, 이를 포함하는 의료장치 코팅용 조성물로 사용되어 의료장치가 적용된 국소 부위의 염증 반응을 효과적으로 저해할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 특히, 봉합사에 코팅시 봉합 부위의 염증 질환에 유용한 효과가 있다.
