일정한 크기의 기공을 가지는 탄소나노튜브 분리막 및 그 제조방법Carbon Nanotube Membrane Having Regular Pores and Method for Manufacturing the Same
본 발명은 일정한 크기의 기공을 가지는 탄소나노튜브 분리막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 블록 공중합체 나노템플릿(nanotemplate)에 증착각도를 조절하여 금속촉매 어레이를 증착한 후, 열처리 및 화학적 기상증착법(PECVD)에 의해 성장시키고, 성장된 탄소나노튜브 사이를 폴리머로 충진시킨 뒤에 탄소나노튜브 위, 아래를 에칭시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 일정한 크기의 기공을 가지는 탄소나노튜브 분리막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
