TAQ DNA 중합효소에 특이적으로 결합하는 폴리펩타이드 및 그 용도Polypeptide Specifically Binding to Taq DNA Polymerase and Use Thereof
본 발명은 Taq DNA 중합효소와 결합할 수 있는 신규한 폴리펩타이드, 상기 폴리펩타이드 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함한 벡터, 재조합 벡터가 도입된 세포 및 상기 재조합 미생물을 이용한 폴리펩타이드 생산 방법과 그 용도로서, 본원에 따른 폴리펩타이드를 포함한 Hot start PCR 조성물을 개시한다. 본 발명의 폴리펩타이드는 Taq DNA 중합효소에 특이적으로 결합해 그 활성을 억제할 수 있으므로, Taq DNA 중합효소를 이용한 Hot start PCR에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다.
