Abstract

A kind of precast concrete quality control apparatus includes laser scanner, noise suppressor, coarse adjustment knob, fine adjustment knob and decision circuit.The laser scanner transmits laser beam to the side of target object by speculum and receives through scan data of the speculum transmission from the target object side.The noise suppressor is included in the noise in the scan data to provide the side data of the target object by removal.The coarse adjustment knob provides the coarse side data of the corresponding side data by matching side boundaries and model boundary.The fine adjustment knob provides fine side data by being mapped to the point for corresponding to the coarse side data including a plane in the target object side.The decision circuit determines whether the target object is normal by being compared to the fine side data with the corresponding data that design a model to design a model.
