금속-아미노점토 함유 나노복합체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 세포내 형질전환 방법Nanocomposite having metal-aminoclay, manufacturing method thereof and transfection method using the same
본 발명은 생물학적 분자와 결합된 금속-아미노점토 함유 나노복합체 관한 것이다. 따라서 금속-아미노점토가 지지체를 형성하여DNA와 같은 생물학적 분자와 결합되되, 상기 금속-아미노점토가 나노입자 형태로 상기 생물학적 분자를 감싸서(wrapping)를 생물학적 분자를 매우 안정화 시킬 수 있다.
