dc.description.abstractOne-dimensional nanostructures based on high specific surface area, ease of material and simple fabrication method have been studied in the electrochemical energy conversion and storage technologies. Particularly, cobalt-based one-dimensional nanostructure which is excellent in electrochemical activity has an advantage that it can maximize an electrochemically active site with a large specific surface area. In this thesis, we investigate the electrochemical performances as anode material for high performance lithium-ion batteries and electrochemical catalyst for oxygen evolution reaction by manufacturing nanofibers of cobalt-based one-dimensional nanostructure.-
