| dc.description.abstract | 최근, 전 세계에 퍼져 있던 지사를 철수하거나 통폐합하며, 대대적인 조직 구조를 변화하는 글로벌 기업의 사례가 생기고 있다. 그 동안의 글로벌 기업이 이윤 창출과 지속적인 성장을 위해서 글로벌화를 추진해 온 것과 반대되는 흐름이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 글로벌 기업의 조직 구조의 변화를 지사 운영에 초점을 맞추어 분석하고자 한다. 글로벌 기업은 글로벌화를 포기하고 있는 것인가에 대한 의문점을 가지고 시작된 본 연구는, 사례 연구 분석과 전문가 인터뷰를 활용하여, 새로운 조직 구조의 변화에 대한 구체적인 원인과 모습을 분석한다. 나아가 글로벌 기업에게 지사 운영 및 조직 구조에 대한 현재의 흐름과 시사점을 제공할 수 있으며, 조직 구조를 담당하는 경영자에게 하나의 전략으로서 제시하고자 한다. | - |
