| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 반도체식 어레이 가스 센서를 제작하고 특성을 평가하였다. 폐암, 당뇨, 음주, 구취를 진단하기 위해 톨루엔, 아세톤, 에탄올, 황화수소 가스를 목표 가스로 설정하고 해당 가스를 선택적으로 감지하기 위한 감지 물질들을 선정하였다. 주변 환경에 영향을 받지 않고 공정 조건을 조절할 수 있는 가스 센서 특성 평가 장비를 개발하였으며, 혼합 가스 환경에서 산화 주석 계열의 감지 물질의 감지 특성을 살펴보았다. 중첩 법칙을 제시하고 가능성을 알아보기 위해 단일 가스의 감도를 더하여 계산한 결과, 계산 값과 측정 값이 유사하게 관찰되었다. | - |
