| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 핸드오버 지연을 줄이기 위한 주변 이동 기지국 파악 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면은, 서로 다른 방향을 가지는 복수의 기지국 상대 이동 벡터를 가정하고, 상기 가정한 각 기지국 상대 이동 벡터의 수신 부호 강도 변화를 예측하고, 상기 수신 부호 강도 변화를 실제로 측정하고, 상기 수신 부호 강도 변화에 대한 예측 결과와 실제 측정 결과를 비교하고, 상기 비교 결과를 바탕으로 기지국 상대 이동 벡터를 파악하며, 상기 파악된 기지국 상대 이동 벡터를 이용하여 핸드오버 지연을 줄이기 위한 주변 기지국의 스캐닝 우선 순위를 결정하는 주변 이동 기지국 파악 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 핸드오버 발생 가능성이 낮은 주변 기지국에 스캐닝 우선 순위를 적용하여 스캐닝 소요 시간을 줄임으로써 핸드오버 지연을 줄일 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다. 이동 기지국, 상대 이동, 핸드오버 지연, 스캐닝, 군사 | - |
