| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 스크린 마스크와 연성몰드를 이용한 다중 미세 형상을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 다양한 형상을 지닌 스크린 마스크를 다양한 모양을 지닌 연성몰드에 접합시킨 복합몰드를 이용하여 한번의 공정으로 반도체 집적회로, 전기전자 소자, 마이크로 머시닝, 미세 센서 등의 제조에 사용할 수 있는 다중 미세 형상을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 다중 미세 형상의 제조방법은 다중 미세 형상을 제조함에 있어서, 기판 위에 광경화 고분자를 도포한 후 광을 조사하여 광경화 고분자가 흐름성을 가지도록 하는 단계, 흐름성을 가진 광경화 고분자 위에 복합몰드를 접촉시켜 모세관 현상에 의해 광경화 고분자를 복합몰드로 확산시켜 미세 형상을 형성하는 단계, 광경화 고분자가 복합몰드로 확산된 후 광을 조사하여 고분자를 경화시킨 다음 복합몰드를 제거하는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
