본 발명은 고속 열경화형 금속 표면 처리용 조성물 및 표면 처리 강판에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 열경화 타입으로 연속적인 생산 라인에 적용이 가능하도록 코팅막의 건조 혹은 경화 시간을 줄인 금속 표면 처리용 조성물을 기반으로 내식성, 내화학성, 코팅밀착성, 저온 건조성이 우수하면서 투명한 친환경 표면 처리 강판에 관한 것이다.
