본 발명은 온도무의존 파장분할다중화 소자로서, 평면 기판 상의 하부 클래드층, 코어층 및 상부 클래드층 중 적어도 하나 이상의 층이 음의 열광학계수를 가지는 무-유기 혼성물질로 구성되며, 열광학계수의 조절을 통해 온도무의존특성이 발휘되어짐을 특징으로 하는 온도무의존 파장분할다중화 소자를 제공한다.
