| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 카바메이트기를 가지는 폴리올레핀과 폴리올레핀 공중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 카바메이트기를 폴리올레핀 및 폴리올레핀 공중합체의 분자 내에 구성시킴으로써 이종수지(異種樹脂)와의 혼합 시에도 우수한 물성을 발현할 수 있도록 한 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 카바메이트기를 가지는 폴리올레핀과 폴리올레핀 공중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서 R은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수가 1-5개인 저분자 알킬 그룹이고, Y는 모노하이드릭 알콜로부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거한 나머지로 탄소수가 1-48개인 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 알릴 그룹이다.본 발명에 따른 카바메이트기를 가지는 폴리올레핀 및 폴리올레핀 공중합체는 작고 균일한 분산상을 형성시켜 인장강도 및 충격강도가 비상용 고분자간의 블렌드물과 비교하여 상당히 증가된 물성을 나타내고, 이종 수지간의 블렌드시 우수한 반응성을 나타냄으로써 블렌드되는 고분자에 제한없이 사용가능하여, 비상용 고분자간 블렌드의 상용화제(相溶化劑)로 사용이 가능하고 열가소성 수지들의 공압출에서 접착수지로도 사용할 수 있다.카바메이트기 * 폴리에틸렌 * 폴리프로필렌 * 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 * 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 삼원공중합체 * 올레핀 블렌딩 | - |
