레이저 소스, 복굴절 물질, 편광기, 및 렌즈를 포함하는 레이저 가공장치가 공개된다. 레이저 소스로부터 출력된 레이저는 복굴절 물질, 편광기 및 렌즈를 통과하며, 복굴절 물질에 의해 분광된 분광 레이저들은 상이한 위상을 갖고 상기 렌즈의 초점 영역에서 서로 간섭된다.
