| dc.description.abstract | 본원발명은 멜라민-포름알데히드 구체(Melamine-Formaldehyde Spheres, MFS)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 멜라민과 포름알데히드 수용액을 혼합한 후, 가열하여 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지를 제조하는 단계, 상기 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지와 계면활성제를 혼합 및 교반한 후, 원심분리하여 고체 분말을 얻는 단계, 상기 고체분말을 에탄올 수용액으로 씻은 후, 건조하여 멜라민-포름알데히드 구체를 얻는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 혼합물의 교반 속도를 조절함으로써 멜라민-포름알데히드 구체의 크기를 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 본원발명의 멜라민-포름알데히드 구체의 제조방법은 상기 멜라민-포름알데히드 구체를 얻는 단계 이후에, 상기 멜라민-포름알데히드 구체를 탄화시키는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 탄화시키는 단계에서 온도를 조절함으로써 멜라민-포름알데히드 구체의 기공의 양을 제어할 수 있다. | - |
