| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 코일-빗형 블록 공중합체의 제조 및 본 공중합체가 형성하는 나노 구조체의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는 a) 제어된 고분자 중합법에 의한 코일-빗형 블록 공중합체의 합성, b) 기판 위에 상기 블록 공중합체의 박막 형성 및 열처리에 의해 수직 배향된 원통형 미세 구조를 포함하는 나노 구조체의 제조, c) 상기 박막에 대한 자외선 조사 및 산소 플라즈마 처리를 통한 원통형 기공을 포함하는 기공성 고분자 박막 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 이용할 경우, 수직 배향된 원통형 미세 구조를 포함하는 블록 공중합체 박막을 얻기 위해 필요했던 추가적인 처리 과정, 즉 기판을 다른 고분자를 사용하여 개질하거나 블록 공중합체 박막에 전기장/자기장 등을 가할 필요 없이 단순한 열처리만으로 열적으로 안정한 블록 공중합체 박막을 얻을 수 있으며, 재질에 따른 제약 없이 다양한 기판에 응용 가능한 장점이 있다. 또한 상기 블록 공중합체 박막은 쉽게 수직 배향된 원통형 기공을 포함하는 기공성 고분자 박막으로 전환되므로 다양한 기판 위에서 활용 가능한 나노 구조 주형으로 응용 가치가 높다. | - |
