| dc.description.abstract | 다공성 주석산아연 나노섬유, 그 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 가스센서가 제공된다. 본 발명은 나노입자로 구성되며, 다공성 구조를 가지는 주석산아연 (Zn2SnO4) 나노섬유를 제공하며, 본 발명에 의한 다공성 주석산아연 나노섬유는 주석산아연 전구체와 고분자의 농도를 조절함으로서 그 직경을 조절할 수 있고, 빠른 기체 및 전해질의 확산이 가능하여 태양전지용 광전극 또는 이차전지용 전극활물질에 응용될 수 있으며, 특정 가스에 대한 높은 선택성과 큰 비표면적을 가짐으로 인해 감도가 우수한 가스센서에 적용될 수 있다. | - |
