금속 분말을 이용한 히트파이프 윅 및 이의 제조방법Wick for heat pipes using metal particle and Preparing thereof
본 발명은 금속 분말을 이용한 히트파이프 윅으로서, 보다 상세하게는 두 가지 크기의 특성 공극구조를 갖는 금속 분말 소결 윅으로, 금속 분말 (Particle)을 소결하여 형성한 분말 집합체 (Cluster)를 형성하고, 이 분말 집합체를 다시 소결하여 두 가지 크기의 공극 구조를 갖게 하는 금속 분말을 이용한 히트파이프 윅이다. 이러한 형태의 윅은 히트파이프 내부의 기체 및 액체의 유동을 원활하게 하고 증발 표면적 및 모세관 압력을 증가시켜 히트파이프의 열전달 성능을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.
