| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 상부 기판에 금속층이 형성된 V형 또는 사각형 그루브(groove)를 가공하고, 그루브에 레이저를 가하여 상부 기판과 하부 기판을 접합하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 레이저빔이 그루브 벽면에 여러 번 반사하는 다중반사(multiple reflection) 현상을 이용하여 그루브 하단의 온도를 증가시켜 국부적인 접합부를 형성하는 광원의 다중반사를 이용한 접합 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 접합을 원하는 위치에 그루브를 가공하여 국부적으로 가열함으로써 그루브 이외의 영역은 열에 대한 영향을 받지 않는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 자동화가 용이하고 가열 속도가 빠르기 때문에 생산성을 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 레이저, 다중반사, V형 그루브, 사각형 그루브, 국부적 접합 | - |
