| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 접착성이 우수한 열경화성 수지를 이동식 압출성형방식으로 성형함으로써 편리하게 하수관의 내벽을 보수 및 보강할 수 있는 이동식 압출성형방식을 이용한 하수관의 보수 및 보강방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 위와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따르면, 하수관의 내벽을 보수 및 보강하는 방법에 있어서, 하수관의 외부에서 공급되는 점도가 낮은 두 종류의 열경화성 수지를 하수관의 내부에 설치되는 이동식 압출기에서 직접혼합하고 압출하며 가열장치에서 가열하여 하수관의 내벽에 밀착경화시켜 보수 및 보강용 수지관을 형성하는 데, 상기 열경화성 수지는 단량체로 형성되고, 상기 수지관의 강도를 향상시키기 위해 섬유소를 상기 열경화성 수지와 함께 압출성형하고, 상기 수지관의 내마모성을 향상시키기 위해 알루미나 분말을 상기 열경화성 수지에 첨가하며, 상기 가열장치와 수지관이 쉽게 분리될 수 있도록 서로 맞닿는 부위에는 이형층이 형성되어 있다. 하수관, 수지, 섬유, 보수, 보강 | - |
