본 발명의 사용자 행동패턴을 이용하여 개인화 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 모바일 단말기는 모바일 단말기의 위치정보를 수집하여 위치 데이터를 생성하는 위치 데이터 생성부; 상기 모바일 단말기의 움직임 정보를 수집하고 상기 움직임 정보와 기 저장된 제스쳐 정보를 비교하여 행동 데이터를 생성하는 행동 데이터 생성부; 및 상기 행동 데이터에 대응하는 움직임의 발생 시점에 따라 정리된 상기 위치데이터 및 상기 행동 데이터로부터 행동 패턴을 분석하는 행동 패턴 분석부를 포함한다.
