전기화학 침착법을 이용한 금속, 금속산화물 또는 금속/금속산화물 복합체 나노와이어의 선택적 제조방법을 제공한다. 상세하게 본 발명은 전기화학 침착법을 사용하여 나노 구조물을 제조하는 방법에 있어, 음극과 양극 사이에 교류를 인가하고, 인가되는 교류 전원의 전압의 크기, 전압의 파형(사인파형, 펄스파형, 톱니파형 또는 사각파형), 전압의 주파수, 또는 이들의 조합을 이용하여 금속, 금속산화물 또는 금속/금속산화물 복합체 나노와이어를 선택적으로 제조한다.
