본 발명은 침상 전계방출형 전자빔 에미터의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조되는 침상 전계방출형 전자빔 에미터에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 탄소나노튜브와 소결성 바인더 및 휘발성 용매를 혼합하여 탄소나노튜브 페이스트를 제조하는 단계(단계 1); 침상 음극 기판과 이격되도록 페이스트 지지 기판을 구비하는 단계(단계 2); 상기 단계 1에서 제조된 탄소나노튜브 페이스트를 상기 단계 2의 침상 음극 기판과 페이스트 지지 기판의 이격된 공간에 액상 방울로 떨어뜨려, 침상 음극 기판을 코팅하는 단계(단계 3); 및 상기 단계 3에서 탄소나노튜브 페이스트가 코팅된 침상 음극 기판을 건조하고 소결하는 단계(단계 4)를 포함하는 전계방출형 전자빔 에미터의 제조방법을 제공한다.
