| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 세포 자극 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 다른 세포 자극 장치는, 세포 및 배양액이 담겨져 있는 세포 배양 챔버, 제1 및 제2 가진 신호를 받아, 집속 영역에서의 음압레벨이 집속 영역이 아닌 영역에서의 음압레벨보다 높도록 제1 및 제2 가진 신호의 크기와 위상을 제어하여, 제1 및 제2 제어 가진 신호를 출력하는 제어기, 제1 및 제2 제어 가진 신호를 받아 세포 배양 챔버를 가진하는 제1 및 제2 가진기를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명에 다른 세포 자극 장치는, 세포 배양 챔버에 연결되어, 배양액의 온도를 조절하는 워터 배스(water bath)를 더 포함하고, 워터 배스는 습도조절기와, 상기 습도조절기와 상기 세포 배양 챔버 사이에 연결된 배양액 버퍼를 가진다. | - |
