리튬이차전지의 음극 활물질 및 이의 제조 방법Anode active material of lithium secondary battery and manufacturing method thereof
일 실시 예에 있어서 리튬이차전지의 음극 활물질 제조 방법이 개시된다. 상기 제조 방법은 먼저, 녹말을 포함하는 수용액을 가열한 후에 냉각시켜 녹말-겔을 형성한다. 상기 녹말-겔을 200 ℃ 내지 300 ℃ 의 온도에서 산화 안정화시킨다. 그리고, 상기 산화 안정화된 상기 녹말-겔을 700 ℃ 내지 1500 ℃ 의 온도에서 탄화시켜 비표면적이 320 m2/g 내지 480 m2/g 인 다공성 탄소를 형성한다.
