실리콘 태양전지SILICON SOLAR CELL
본 발명은 실리콘 태양전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 실리콘 태양전지는, 제1 P-N 접합층, 제1 P-N 접합층의 상면에 형성되는 전면전극, 제1 P-N 접합층의 하면에 차례로 형성되는 제1 전계층 및 후면전극을 포함하는 제1 태양전지, 제1 태양전지의 전면전극 상에 차례로 형성된 제2 P-N 접합층 및 제2 전계층을 포함하는 제2 태양전지를 포함하고, 후면전극은 제2 전계층과 전기적으로 연결된다.
