| dc.description.abstract | 이 발명은 마이크로 채널의 국소 영역에서 유체 내의 미세 입자를 여과하는 필터 및 유체들 간의 혼합을 위한 믹서의 기능을 각각 또는 동시에 구현할 수 있는 다공성 나선 구조를 가지는 나노/마이크로 믹서 및 필터에 관한 것이다. 이 발명의 믹서 및 필터는 다수개의 구멍이 있는 박막이 그 길이방향을 축으로 하여 나선형으로 꼬여진 입체 형상을 갖는다. 이렇듯, 이 발명은 유체 내의 미세 입자를 여과하는 필터 및 유체들 간의 혼합을 위한 믹서를 다공성 나선 구조로 마이크로 채널의 국소 영역에 형성함으로써, 채널의 국소 영역에서의 막힘이 없는 지속적인 필터링 기능과 고효율의 믹서 기능을 각각 또는 동시에 구현할 수 있어 유체소자의 고집적화를 이룰 수 있는 효과가 있다. | - |
