상피세포성장인자와 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 접합체 및 이의제조방법mono-PEGylated epidermal growth factor and thepreparation method of thereof
본 발명은 생체적합성 고분자인 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)을 상피세포성장인자 (EGF)에 특정 부위에 선택적으로 단일 분자로 접합시킨 상피세포성장인자와 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 접합체 및 이의 제조방법기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상피세포성장인자(EGF)의 N-말단기에 선택적으로 생체적합성이 우수한 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 단일 분자로 접합시켜 생리 활성도는 비접합 상피세포성장인자와 비교하여 전혀 감소되지 않는 동시에, 생체내에서 지속성과 안정성이 증가 상피세포성장인자와 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 접합체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
