| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 테트라사이클린에 의한 샤페론 단백질의 발현량 조절을 통해 목적 단백질을 대량으로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 테트라사이클린에 반응하는 유전자 및 ERp57 또는 CRT/CNX 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 발현벡터, 상기 발현벡터를 목적 단백질을 생산하는 세포에 도입한 형질전환체 및 상기 형질전환체를 테트라사이클린의 농도를 달리해 배양하여 목적 단백질을 대량으로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 테트라사이클린에 의해 샤페론 단백질의 발현량을 조절하는 벡터를 도입한 동물 세포는 목적 단백질을 신속하게 분비하고 대량으로 생산할 수 있어 재조합단백질을 이용한 의약품의 생산 공정에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
