| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 정전분무기를 이용하여 분무되는 대전된 균일한 미소 액적 생성 및 분무되는 대전된 균일한 미소 액적의 분무각도를 제어할 수 있는 독립전위 가드 판을 갖는 정전분무장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 내부를 통해 작동유체가 공급되는 모세관에 대하여 독립적인 전압이 인가된 가드판을 설치하여 모세관의 단부에 형성되는 콘젯-모드의 장점을 유지하면서 콘젯-모드를 안정화시키고 분무각을 자유롭게 조절할 수 있으며, 높은 하전량을 갖는 균일한 액적을 생성시킬 수 있는 특징이 있다. | - |
