| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 깊이에 따른 개질면의 특성 조합을 통한 절단 장치에 관한 것으로, 펄스 레이저를 출력하는 레이저 소스, 상기 레이저 소스에서 출력되는 레이저를 분리하거나 방향성을 결정하는 다수의 미러, 상기 미러에서 분리된 하나의 레이저를 집광하여 가공 대상물에 조사하기 위한 제 1집광렌즈, 상기 미러에 분리된 다른 하나의 레이저의 분산을 조절하기 위한 분산조절부 및 상기 분산조절부에서 분산 조절된 레이저를 집광하여 상기 가공 대상물에 조사하기 위한 제 2집광렌즈를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명은 높은 표면 정도를 유지함과 동시에 가공 정밀도를 극대화시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. | - |
