이 발명은 저온 소결이 가능한 금속 나노입자를 극초단 펄스형 펨토초 레이저 광원을 이용하여 나노 크기의 정밀도로 제작할 수 있는 금속 나노입자 극미세 레이저 소결 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.이 발명에 따른 금속 나노입자 극미세 레이저 소결 방법은, 기판 상에 금속 나노입자를 균일하게 코팅하는 제1단계와, 상기 금속 나노입자에 극초단 펄스 레이저를 조사하여 상기 금속 나노입자를 소결하는 제2단계를 포함한다.
