본 발명은 전력변환효율을 개선하고 원가 경쟁력이 있는 태양전지 및 그 제조방법을 위하여, 글래스 기판, 상기 글래스 기판 상에 배치되며 상기 글래스 기판과 반대쪽 표면이 텍스쳐링 처리되어 요철이 형성된 제1 도전성전극, 상기 제1 도전성전극과 접촉하는 복수의 나노입자들, 상기 제1 도전성전극 상에 배치되며 상기 복수의 나노입자들을 덮는 광활성층, 상기 광활성층 상의 반사방지층 및 상기 반사방지층 상의 제2 도전성전극을 포함하는, 태양전지 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
