| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 전기광학 변조기를 이용한 공간적 위상 변조기 및 이를 이용한 공초점 현미경에 관한 것으로, 레이저 광을 출사하는 광원, 상기 광원에서 출사되는 레이저 광을 평행광으로 만드는 콜리메이터, 상기 콜리메이터에서 출사되는 선형 편광광에서 p파 광을 위상 변조(phaser modulation) 시키고, s파는 광주파수 편이가 일어나지 않도록 변조시키는 전기광학 변조기, s파 편광판과 p파 편광판이 일체로 구성되어 p파만을 위상 변조를 일으키는 편광판 및 한쪽만 반파장판(half-wave plate)로 구성되어 최종빔 출력을 편향방향은 동일하게 하고, p파만 위상변조를 일어나도록 빔을 출력하는 파장판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. | - |
