블록 공중합체의 자기조립 기술을 이용한 차세대 디스플레이용 그래핀 양자점 제조 방법Method of graphene QDs formation for the next generation display by using block copolymer self-assembled structure
본 발명에 따른 그래핀 양자점 제조 방법에서는 블록 공중합체 자기조립 공정을 적용함으로써 일정한 크기의 그래핀 양자점 제조가 가능하여 기존의 넓은 PL 스펙트럼 특성을 개선할 수 있다. 그래핀 양자점의 크기 제어가 가능함에 따라 쉽게 빛의 파장을 제어할 수 있고 RGB 컬러 구현이 되어, 고성능의 차세대 디스플레이로의 응용이 될 수 있다. 그리고, 색 재현율 및 빛의 밝기가 뛰어난 그래핀 양자점을 생산할 수 있다.
