| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 다결정 규소 박막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 유리 또는 석영 기판 위에서 비정질 규소 박막을 형성한 후 히터에 의해 기판과 규소 박막을 가열한 상태에서 마이크로파를 가하여 열처리함으로써 비정질 규소 박막을 결정화시키는 다결정 규소 박막을 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유리 또는 석영 기판에 증착된 비정질 규소 박막을 히터로 먼저 가열한 후 마이크로파를 가함으로써 히터 및 마이크로파에 의한 가열을 병행하여 열처리함으로써 유리 또는 석영 기판에 증착된 비정질 규소박막을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다. | - |
