태양 전지의 전력 변환 효율 증가를 위한 집광기 일체형 빛 가둠 장치Concentrator-integrated light trapping device for enhanced power conversion efficiency in thin-film photovoltaic cells.
본 발명은 CPT(Compound Parabolic Trapper) 배열 등을 평면형이 아닌 1차원 선형 배열하여 일일 빛 추적 장치(daily light tracking apparatus) 없이도 태양전지(셀)(PV, Photovoltaic Cells)의 전력 변환 효율을 증가시킬 수 있으며, 연중 빛 추적 장치(annual light tracking apparatus)를 사용함으로써 허용입사각을 더 작게 줄일 수 있으며 이에 따른 빛 가둠 효과를 더욱 증대시킬 수 있는 집광기 일체형 빛 가둠 장치에 관한 것이다.
