탄소나노튜브를 이용한 전선 제조방법METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AN ELECTRIC WIRE USING CARBON NANOTUBES
전선 제조방법에서, 베이스 기판 상에 금속 촉매(metal catalyst)를 선택적으로 증착한다. 상기 금속 촉매가 증착된 베이스 기판 상에 탄소가스를 주입하여 다발의 탄소나노튜브를 성장시킨다. 상기 베이스 기판 상에 잔류한 촉매를 제거한다. 상기 다발의 탄소나노튜브에 나노입자(nanoparticle)를 침입시키며 방사(spinning)하여 상기 다발의 탄소나노튜브를 장방향으로 연결시킨다. 상기 장방향으로 연결된 다발의 탄소나노튜브를 연사(twisting)하여 탄소나노튜브 케이블(cable)을 형성한다.
