광통신 시스템의 노이즈 제거장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 제거장치는, 입력되는 광신호를 전기신호로 변환하여 차동출력-제1출력과, 상기 제1출력과 크기가 동일하고 위상이 반전된 제2출력을 포함함-하는 광검출부와, 제2출력에서 소정의 저주파 대역의 신호를 통과하는 저역통과필터(LPF)와, 제1출력과 LPF의 출력을 결합하는 결합부를 포함한다.
