유도브릴루앙 산란 위상공액거울의 위상 안정화장치Apparatus for phase stabilization of the stimulated brillouin scattering phase conjugate mirror
본 발명은 유도브릴루앙 산란 위상공액거울의 위상 안정화장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 복수개의 유도브릴루앙 산란 위상공액거울로부터의 반사빔을 편광시켜 간섭시키기 위한 편광기; 편광기의 간섭결과에 따른 간섭빔을 획득하여 출력하는 검출기; 및 검출기에서 검출된 간섭빔을 이용하여 위상을 제어하기 위한 위상제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 장치는 장기간 동안 안정적으로 위상을 고정시킬 수 있어서, 고반복률, 고출력을 요구하는 산업 및 학문적인 연구 등에 다양하게 이용될 수 있다.
